Compass enjoys the support and assistance of an extended team across the length and breadth of South Africa that we call on as and when we need assistance in outer-lying areas and smaller towns. These part-time individuals play a vitally important role in recruiting and deploying personnel on our behalf, using our systems and processes. We see them as an integral component of our service and are out in the field regularly supporting their efforts.
While we have our own offices in the 3 major cities of Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, our geographical network extends across other cities, into towns and villages right across the length and breadth.
It is our vision however, to continue offering a personal service that includes strategic senior management input into all of our accounts and projects on an ongoing basis; with a national capacity for implementation.
